I love cpmg!!The doctors and nurses are amazing, very attentive and patient. OMG the lovely ladies in the front desk are prompt, professional, caring and always giving me an honest waiting time with a big smile!

With an appointment or without the wait time is always pretty long. Hour +. The front desk staff is not as polite as i’d Like or helpful. Waiting room features= just ok. They have a TV but the sound is so low you can barely hear it. Or most times it’s not on. Would help if they worked on that since the wait times for kids is always way too long. Once you are able to see a nurse or doctors things do run pretty smoothly.

This place is so sloppy! Please just save yourself the hassle of going somewhere so ghetto. 7-8 time out of 10 you will be left waiting a hour or more to be seen. So for that reason I showed up at 10:35 am to be seen and the appointment was at 11:20am. I was finally checked into the room at 11:50am. Its now 12:10pm and im still waiting for the doctor. The Doctor I was supposed to see was Dr. Azimi but she was behind by 30+ minutes. So they switched me to Dr. Durango when i was still in the waiting room after my scheduled appointment time(11:20am) by 11:40am. Waited in the room for Dr. Durango in the room until 12:10pm. Then finally seen by Dr. Jolli at 12:15pm. This has been a trend and im calling management.

I love the doctors, I stay here for them cause they are wonderful and amazing. The check in process however is a pain. They ask you to show up 15 minutes prior to your appt, which I always do but many times I have to wait an additional 15-30 minutes just to check us in and than that pushes your appt time later. . Also when you call to make an appt (currently been on hold 16 mins and counting) be prepared for it to take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes on hold before someone comes on the line. If they could fix the check in process and phone appt wait time, I would for sure give 5 stars.

When my son first started coming to CPCMG (about a year and a half ago), I was able to call and wait maybe a total of 5 minutes before reaching someone to make an appointment. Lately I have waited upwards of 30+ minutes, one time I waited a total of 45 mins and was hung up on without a word being spoken on their end. Customer Service should be a top priority. If patients are waiting longer than 10 mins to make an appointment then there is something seriously wrong. This has been the latest trend, and if it continues to be this hard to make an appointment for my child, I will have to transfer to a different practice. My time is valuable and I just do not have time to wait so long on hold for an appointment.

I was very pleased with the help I got from all staff here especially Vanessa D. She was very helpful. I just moved back here and needed the vaccine records for my child since I’m enrolling him in school. She made sure to get them to me as soon as possible and I really appreciate it. Thank you!

The docs are great but the wait time is INSANE! With or without an appointment! Had appointment at 940 which I arrived early as instructed for checkin and got into a room until 1036 and still had to wait for the Doc as there was another patient ahead of us. There were also patients who arrived after us and even walkins who were seen before us. Very frustrating and disappointing! Bottom line we keep coming due to the great Docs here!

Omg how I hate that every time I call this place to make an appointment I'm always on hold for more than 40 minutes before they answer the phone. Even longer most of the time. Beyond frustrating when your trying to call and your child is sick and needs to be seen.

I honestly wish I could give no stars. Trying to get numbers to pharmacies I need to contact in order to get formula result in a run around from Dr. Capetanakis. And all the physicians have the power to contact you when they see fit or provide you with information because they only use MyChart messages. The office is just as worse when they turn you away during business hours because the front office needs to catch up with the morning appointments. It’s already 12:25pm.. what is going on in this office???

On one of my daughters appointment they had a new LVN having orientation with the regular nurse she didn’t know how to do the ear exam so she put that my daughter was part deaf on her left ear so the doctor order Other exam, we spent all afternoon there, my daughter has nothing wrong and for a children’s nurse they should hire experienced LVN not to work and learn from kids.

Been taking my daughter here for about three years. I have NOTHING to complain about the doctors or how they follow up with care. The main and only issue is the rude receptionist!!! They make sarcastic and have extremely rude tones when asking questions. Last time I went to check my daughter in they were all just sitting there gossiping and had me waiting in front of them for ten minutes. You would expect better communication skills when working front desk for a doctor !

They take forever to answer phone calls receptionists need to do better or they should just get rid of them and get new ones. Its unbelievable the time you need to wait even when covid didnt existed it was the same. All they do is gossip. How about you get to work better.

I've been bringing my Kids here for years. The doctors are normally but the receptioninsts and call center is just terrible. They take forever to answer calls, it seems like one is bothering them just by using their service. I had multiple negative encounters. With today being not being the worse but just simply annoying and unacceptable. With the amount of time one has to wait to make an appointment, how is it the system glitches (Unless it wasn't the system) and they don't make the appointment? I arrive today- and they say they can't "accommodate" my daughter to be seen. How is it accommodating when she had her appointment? Apparently it was never scheduled! I have the call in my call history and everything! What a waste of time!! They wouldn't even give me a note saying I came and and that there was a mixup or something for my daughters school. Unbelievable. I will be looking hopefully we can find another office 🙁

I been coming to the Chula Vista locations every now and then I have an issue but today the Doctor that got scheduled for my son today was very unprofessional and made comments that were unnecessary and shouldn’t have been made and she seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She made me so upset, if I wasn’t needing my son treatment I would of told her something and walked out. She needs to be retained on how to talk to patients and whatch what she says

This place is a joke! The receptionist are lazy like there is no tomorrow, good luck in calling because you'll be on hold for an hour each time. And forget about checking in 15 minutes early to appointment because you won't even be seen until 45 minutes after you've arrived and checked in with the front receptionist. If your a new patient looking for pediatrics please do your research and go elsewhere, not unless you have tons of time and patience on your side, otherwise this place is not for you.

Very disappointed with admin customer service over the phone. I was called to reschedule an appointment with less than 1 week notice and although the representative "apologized," her tone of voice was very sarcastic and could care less of the repercussions it would have, as I tried to explain it was difficult to request an additional day from work (which needs to be at least 2 weeks in advanced). She never placed me on a cancellation waiting list, nor offered after hours options, and didn't try to be extra helpful (seems like she does the bare minimum to get by at work). I am also a health care worker and I am familiar with what she could and could not do... honestly she didn't really try. I wasn't asking for things out of her reach. I inquired about other clinic sites but availability was way too far out in addition to being more than a 35 min commute. In terms of the providers, generally, I cannot complain. The doctors and nurse practitioners are awesome, helpful, and seem genuinely interested in my child as a patient. I wish admin could undergo retraining in customer service and be more empathetic to parent needs. This post was in regards to office on Medical Center Court. Good luck y'all!

The second time we’ve used this clinic with a scheduled appointment and the second time we were made to wait over an hour to be seen. The front desk receptionist, Marisol, was extremely rude towards both my husband and myself, even going as far as threatening us with a cancellation when we asked to leave the building so we could walk our daughter in a stroller while we waited the extra hour.Once seen, the service was mediocre at best, with our time being rushed due to the doctor being over booked for the day.I can’t express this enough, DO NOT COME HERE.

Horrible Experience! My son was denied service because he has “dual insurance”. The lady said because the insurance wasn’t “verified” they couldn’t see him. Mind you, the front desk lady didn’t even ask for my insurance nor didn’t want to fix the issue. I even made an appointment and yet my son couldn’t see a physician.What is interesting is that I called sharp and regardless of the “technical issue” they scheduled him an appointment and said would fix whatever insurance issue I have right on the spot. Wow! So save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.

We have been here for three years. Doctors have been good, although they are often overbooked. This last year of service was particularly rough for our family as we noticed longer than normal wait times (not unusual to wait in excess of 30 minutes for our scheduled appointment). We have also been trying to get through to billing for three weeks to pay remaining bills for the year. The Voicemail system is in place and promises a call back, but we still have not received the call back.We give it two stars for now with hope that CPCMG will take notice and take action to hire more staff in order to serve their patients. Hopeful that changes will be made and we can update our review next year.

They confirm appointments just to tell you they can’t see your kid once you’re there. I understand we’re humans and make mistakes but here no one can recognize their error or acknowledge the situation with a single apology. Doctor Santiago is one of the best pediatricians and that’s why I come here but front desk leaves a bad experience to me. Wish they could of told me we could not be seen before taking the day off of work.

I love that I found a place that truly takes the time to care for my daughters. I also love that they offer after hours appointments which makes it convenient for my work schedule. All the staff here is incredibly friendly and warm and the doctors all show wonderful bedside manner and are great with kids. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

I've never had any issues , the staff is great , always very attentive and nice . My appointments are always given to me in a timely manner , even when I have to take my kid in for whatever reason I've never had an issue getting an appointment for a same day visit. Dr Santiago is amazing , she's always attentive and redirects us to specialist if need to immediately. If there's any lab results she makes sure to give you a call back quickly I'm extremely amazed by the efficiency. My kid and I we love her, she truly seems to love her job, she hears you out, she's patient and caring, she always makes sure our questions are answered.

They denied my daughter a walk-in even though she was sick and needed to see a doctor , they said they didn’t have appointments available and that they couldn’t see her, I will not be returning and I don’t recommend taking your children there.
