We came to appointment for my son this children's medical group citracado Pkwy Escondido, they took forever call in waiting for 45 minutes I get up I went to the receptionist asked her how long it will take she said 10 more minutes I was waiting 20 minutes still they didn't call and behind us came 6 patients they called inside we are waiting still I asking to receptionist she said waiting for room what just told her reschedule vista location and I left

Fantastic doctors work here. The only gripe I have is sometimes the wait is long (with an appointment) but they are such amazing doctors here I look past it. My kids see Dr. Sternfeld & Dr. Schneider who are both great! Couldn't say enough nice things about them. We have seen most of the other doctors there for last minute appointments and what not and have never had a bad experience with any of them. I would highly recommend this pediatricians office to anybody who is looking.

I called to make a wellness visit for my son before he enters first grade and the lady was being rude about it saying his visit isn’t until June . I told her that the deadline for me to turn it in is May 28 . Then she asked me what was my insurance is and I told her it’s a combination of both . She told me I have to call my insurance first to double check. What she should’ve done is check my insurance under my social security or something . I booked my appt elsewhere where I am treated better .

Horrible service. I have schedule my sons physical appointments, check up and urgent care visits here since he was born. However I have yet to have a day where we are seen in a timely fashion. I understand running 10-15 min behind but an hour ? An hour and a half ?? You treat children ! Today’s appt my son is sick of course with a seasonal cold. Appt time was 10:40. My husband and son arrived at 10:30. It was 11:30 and they had just been brought back! Another 20 minutes and they still have not been seen. I called the front office to let her know that is horrible service but she could care less. These are our children, with fears of doctors offices already and you add to it by making them wait like this. Completely horrible and I of course will be switching providers- I encourage you to do the same if you value your time and your child’s care.

Front desk receptionist (one of them) was sooo rude! Her behaviors was unacceptable and inappropriate to one of the patients mother she was making fun of her in front of other patients I just couldn’t believe what I saw!!! Things like that should happened in Children Hospital, manager should be keeping close eye on receptionist behaviors! Disappointed!

We switched from the 4S Ranch office as this one was more convenient. We had a great first visit. Then after that only had bad experiences.Wait times were very long. The doctors were unavailable during listed hours (so if we came at the time posted on the website and on the message) meaning we could t even access the waiting room.Unless no other options I would recommend using another primary care office

They’re almost impossible to get a hold of. Any time I call it’s almost a guaranteed 20+ min hold time, just to talk to someone who will tell u someone else will call u back (which they sometimes don’t) doctors are late and overall it’s just giving “3rd party” care. MyChart isn’t much more helpful unfortunately.

Dr. Ashley Martinez is a very rude and condescending doctor. Refused to treat my son because we were in a car lied on her office notes of which we’ll be seeking medical amendment form. Dr Martinez wanted to see my sons throat through a zoom which is impossible I just needed a COVId test. Once I became upset Dr. Martinez continued to interrupt me and tlak over me and make accusations about the car is moving and the background being blurry.

Its impossible to make a appointment over the phone!I have been calling all day I have been on hold several times and on hold for hours. I left my number so they can call me and they have not returne my call.Not happy already with this place and I just switched over to them.

My baby has been receiving the best care from Radys. Dr Payne was a amazing doctor we are going to miss her but I wish her well on her retirement. Everyone is always hands on and willing to help. From urgent care to the medical group. It’s all amazing.

We have been going to this office for 2.5 years. Dr. Coullahan is our primary care physician and has been so wonderful. I am one of those anxious moms, and she has always been kind, has listened to my concerns, and is very knowledgeable. She genuinely cares for her patients, and my son loves seeing her. We have had some same-day appts where we visited with other doctors in the office, as Dr. Coullahan was already booked, and have only had great experiences. We recently saw Dr. Tygart who was also so kind and helpful. I am very thankful for these doctors!

The wait is Horrible! It amazes me how they want you to arrive 15 min before your appointment but, see you more then a hour after your appointment!

My kids have seen CPCMG drs since they were born and have received the best care. When they were tiny, I considered Dr. Sternfeld my private cheerleader because she reminded me that I could do the parenting thing and cheered me on with every success. My kids are getting ready to age out of pediatric care and I'll be sad to leave them behind, but I know they've gotten the best care and their health has been prioritized by Dr. Sternfeld.

Usually I love this practice but today my wait for my son to see his dr was 2 hrs. We arrived 15 min prior to the appt and we had completed the EZ arrival. Needless to say, the visit was a nightmare as my toddler was very agitated after waiting that long. This is unacceptable for a children’s practice in my opinion. Super frustrating as a working parent who scheduled a morning appointment to try and get in and out in a timely manner. No one really seemed to care that they were so behind either.. the nurse with my son was rather snippy when he was agitated.

I brought my Autistic & ADHD in for med refills, since primary Dr wouldn't fill until he came in, even though we are always consistent with our appts. So, as u can imagine he has been off his meds for 6 days. He was climbing the walls literally, running around and being verbal aggressively. I told receptionist I was going to wait in lobby because he was out if control a bit. Next thing I had 2 policeman telling me that they called because they were concerned about Oliver. I was BEYOND embarrassed, mad..beyond mad that these ill trained " employees" get your facts first before you make any accusations of a parent. How dare you! I will file complaint.

Every doctor we’ve seen here for our baby has been wonderful. All of them were attentive and did not make us feel rushed. Yes sometimes there is a wait but every doctor has been very much worth waiting for. They fit us in same day for a sick appointment and office staff are always kind and helpful. Very happy here.

My husband and I are first time parents so, as you can imagine, choosing a Pediatrician was a little daunting. To say that we are thrilled with CPMG would be an understatement. We have felt supported, understood, validated, educated, and beyond cared for. Dr. Tygart is an angel and takes her time answering questions and easing our many worries and Adrianna Haass NP has been such an amazing lactation consultant that has provided us with so many tips to help our breast feeding journey. Can’t say enough great things about this practice!!
