Saw Dr. Pinto and she was the RUDEST Dr. I've ever come across. Basically called me a liar and said i should throw away WIC provided items. The rest of the staff gets 5 starts but no one in my family will ever see her again.

i have been going to this place since my son was born (3years ago) i now bring both my kids here i really like it here, i have never had a bad experience here the only thing i do dislike and would like improvement is the scheduling i hate that if i need to reschedule an appointment its like 3 moths down the road other then that, i love this place

They are lucrative people and they give a quote before you see a doctor and then when you step out they give you another quote plus the staff don’t know what they are doing. It’s frustrating and not helping at all. When I asked about the bill they didn’t get the chance to explain things to instead they gave a phone no and asked me to call billing.

We have been a CPCMG Family for 4 years and they have always been great but this El Cajon location has ruined it for me. They are rude and inconsiderate. And when you call to give constructive feedback - they claim that there is no supervisor. I hope that the receptionist reconsiders the emotions of a mother and her children.5 stars for the Alvarado Rd location that is always kind, organized and SUPPORTIVE!

This place use to be great before they relocated. I went in at 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment and I got out at 3:55. Worst part is my sons school document wasn't stamped and I had to ask for my sons shot record back and they hadn't stamped it either. I miss the original staff and the fast service.

The most unprofessional health care organization ever. My son was sick I called I was on hold for more than an hour. They should have enough staff since they deal with kids treatment.I wish I had other options.

Horrrrrrrible experience everytime I went! We straight up walked out today after waiting in a DIRTY RASH ROOM for over an hour! Unless you enjoy being lied to about wait times and dealing with Gen Z level of anti-professionalism & rudeness, do yourself a favor and find a different pediatric office.My daughter is 10 months and we’ve been coming here for her regular check ups but every time we leave we feel like our concerns were not listened to and staff was unpleasant. We only kept going for the location convenience.Well today we went in for the first time for something other than a regular check up. Since our daughters 9 month check up we have been battling a skin rash on and off. When we told our doc about it she seemed unfazed and denied our request of a blood allergy test. She just told us to keep an eye on it with no other advice.We got an appointment at 9:50am and walked out over an hour later without being seen because the staff was unbearably unprofessional. When we first got there we called to let them know we are there per their rash protocol and instead of the usual professional line of “how can I help you?”, the young receptionist replied “okayyyy?” As if she was annoyed or something. This same girl gave my husband an attitude when he went to ask how much longer we would have to wait at the 1hr mark of waiting.We were told we were the next patient when we first got there however we’ve been in and out of that office in less than an hour in the past… I wish they would’ve just told the truth.. if they told us ‘there’s 5 people ahead ‘ or ‘your wait is over an hour’ or whatever the case TRULY was, well then at least we wouldn’t have been given false expectations.The final straw was when another staff member came in around 10:55am and I said “FINALLY!” … her response “oh I’ll let them know you are in the room”…… WHAT?!?!?We honestly should’ve left as soon as I noticed the room (WHICH IS DESIGNATED FOR CHILDREN WITH RASHES) wasn’t fully wiped down and after I wiped the treatment table down myself with hand sanitizer to find this nastiness *see picture- yes, that’s just from wiping their RASH ROOM TREATMENT TABLE*.This place is just all around terrible.Signed,One frustrated mama
