Very happy with the care they provide, along with the time doctors spend with their patients. Sure, there might a wait, but do you really want to go to a doctor that spends 2 minutes with you, just so they can stay on the schedule?

Dr Schiffer. has been the absolute best doctor to our son. She always makes us feel so comfortable when we go see her, which is a huge plus when your a first time mom.I’m so glad I found a doctor that I really like and can trust. Overall, she is just an amazing doctor!

Love this place! Got in quickly and staff was very nice. My 7 month old loved Dr Brandy Le she was so nice and thorough with all my concerns, she went above and beyond. I'm happy I found such a good pediatrician for my son.

Dr. Robbins is an amazing doctor. This office is outstanding they really care about your kids and do whatever it is to help them. I love this place.

We have been using children’s primary care for our kids for over 10 years. Dr. Zack’s has been seeing our youngest and she is super committed and actually cares about his well-being. Wait times can be a bit long, sometimes an hour, however I know it’s because each patient is actually getting the attention and care they need. We have seen at least four or five doctors and the Temecula office and love all of them. The office just split into 2, 1 side for a well patients one side for sick patients to help reduce the contamination of your child that’s just coming in for vaccines or a well check up.

This location has been wonderful to us this past year! New mom here and they never once brush off my questions or concerns. Even the Provider took quite a bit of time to discuss concerns with me. (We love Dr. Rogers!) I love that they have a behavioral specialist that you get to speak with in the beginning of the appointment. It is nice to be re-assured of milestones or whatever it may be. Watching my baby receive shots is not my thing. They have given us both time to calm down after the event. It's is nice to have that time where I feel other doctor offices try to rush you in and out. Not at this place! They even gave us special accommodations when our daughter was young... IE being able to go in through a separate door so we didn't have to use the waiting room, etc. I would highly recommend this location. PS they work with Tricare.

I cannot express enough how much I love this office. Our main pediatrician is Dr. Robbins who is amazing. He listened to our concerns and didn’t brush us off like our last doctor did. He pushed through all referrals right away after expressing that our last doctor was not listening to our concerns or sending any referrals to verify our worries.We met with the other doctors as well and all are so lovely and kind. Never gotten attitude and always treated with respect. Love the staff

I just wanted to take a moment to say how lucky I am to have Dr. Schiffer taking care of my son. He has had a rough go of it and Dr. Schiffer has done a great job of caring for him and helping us manage his medical issues. Thankfully, he is doing great now and we are glad that Dr. Schiffer has cared for him as a person and done her job masterfully as a doctor. You really cannot ask for more than that. I have 2 young children and was not impressed with my previous pediatrician. I love that I can call and speak with a nurse even in the middle of the night with concerns. Scheduling appointments on the app is easy and fast. Doctors and staff are always friendly.

We have been going to CPC in Temecula for many years and from the way they answer the phone, support you at the desk, to the care of the doctors we have always felt very happy. Recently, my son was diagnosed with a spine injury and Dr. Robbins caught it very early on. The office was quick to go over the results with us and insure that we understood what steps to take. I even called back a couple times spoke with two doctors regarding the results. They are organized, friendly and professional. My kids are both in high school and we will go here through graduation. Thank you!

I would give this office four and a half starts if I could. My children have been patients at this office for many years, and we love all our doctors and all the staff. The reason why I did not give all 5 stars is the fact that many times the waits are long, like other people have mentioned, but I feel that lately they have gotten better. They always are helpful to explain if there's are changes in insurance or doctors or what not. Again if it wasn't for the occasional long wait, I would give them all 5 stars.

I really hate to say this but this is one of the very worst experiences ever. From misdiagnosis from Dr. Yu-Tsun Cheng for a fractured vertebrae that may negatively impact my son for the rest of his life to now being ignored for over 10 days for a request for a 2nd opinion. The employees, nurses, and doctors literally have no clue as to their own process of requesting and approving a 2nd opinion....extremely poor communication. Rady's should be ashamed of and accountable for the care this medical group has given my son.I can only imagine how a parent may feel if their child has a life threatening situation and Rady's treats them like this. if I were a parent, I would not recommend Childrens Primary Care Medical Network group for care, because once you are in, you are stuck and can't easily change providers quick enough to get the proper care an attention you or your son needs.

I’ve given this medical group several chances with visiting 3 different offices and each time it took nearly an hour for my son to be seen by the doctor. They seem overbooked and my last appointment was cancelled with two days notice. The nurses and doctors are nice but I’ve had it.

More than 1.5 hour wait? We’ve also waited over an hour for other appts as well. This is just not acceptable. I would have appreciated being given an accurate wait time and could have returned rather than spend an hour an HOUR & 40 mins w/ my toddler watching movies in the waiting room on a beautiful day.

We LOVE Dr. Robbins however the excessive wait times are awful. I waited almost 3 hours yesterday with my 4 month old, there is no way I could’ve done this with my toddler. The front desk staff isn’t the nicest either and seemed very annoyed when I asked for an updated wait time. I get things happen but we’ve had crazy long waits now with every appt with our new baby.

Absolutely unacceptable. I have turned in paperwork for schools on 3 separate occasions and each time it's never ready at the 5-7 day mark. This last time the mishandled my child's medical records and mailed them to an address I was no longer at. The note on file specifically stated we were moving cross country and needed the paperwork held there for pickup. ADDITIONALLY they lost his forms. I'm beyond pissed. Now we have to delay school enrollment and will be cross country with no medical records.

Forget trying to get an appointment for your child if they are sick. They even book the slots they have available throughout the first two weeks. So you have to battle getting in through a walk in or your screwed. I tried calling in the morning for two kids at 8 am already booked for the same day apt. After getting hung up on twice and both time waited 30 minutes to talk to a live person. Im not happy with this group.

I have been with this practice for 9 years since when Dr. Hurwitz owned it and then sold to Rady's Children Primary. I have never had any issues and the doctors have always been great. Until, I received a bill for an outpatient visit during my sons annual visit. This was an additional bill because the doctor inquired about a previous stomach issue. Turns out after disputing this with Children's Primary that if you discuss anything else outside of height and weight during your visit you will be charged for a normal visit. It wasn't about the additional cost but the principal that this was not disclosed during the visit and instead I was reminded of the fine print in the disclosure. Very sad to see that they would gauge you without any warning that a visit in now turning into another medical bill.

Took 2 months to get an appointment for my 2 boys. They call a week before and change our appointment time. Then we show up on time and it took us 2 and a half hours to get out of there. The best part was watching the office and doctors leaving for the night while we where still waiting for vaccinations. We will not be returning again.

(I am 18 just to let anyone know) My dr wasnt in on the past 2 times i was there so i had to get dr. Ramgren. I was so highly dissapointed with her overall professionalism. She was so rude to me and had an aditude the entire time (both times). The second time i went, my boyfriend came with me and he totally agrees with how rude she was being. Would NOT recommend.

Been calling the welcome center for 3 hours and Automated voice answering says still assisting other callers. If you have tons of customers, might as well hire tons of phone representatives.

I’m not one to write negative reviews, however, I just had to walk out without being seen after an hour of waiting. I took off a majority of my day in my business, picked my child up early from school, and arrived on time for an 11:30 appointment. We were told upon check in that the dr was running approximately 40 mins behind. I expressed the need to possibly reschedule because I had clients to get back in time for at my office. They said they would check in with the dr and let me know if it was still looking like a long wait. Moments later they took us back so I thought maybe the dr was catching up. This was not the case. They left us in the room for an hour with no update or checkin. We had to walk out without my child being seen for her appointment at this point. I will be looking for a new pediatrician office.

I am a cash pay patient, who does not have traditional insurance, I partake with a community healthshare. My son had his first HPV vaccine at this office, and they are charging $744 for this vaccine, whereas 3 other local pediatric offices I contacted, and even CVS pharmacy is only charging around $280, CVS was the highest charge at $325. I was given a 25% cash pay discount which lowered it to $558. I did address it with billing telling them I feel this was an unjust charge, quite outrageous compared to all the other local offices and pharmacies I called.to compare cost difference. In addition, the CDC recommends charging under $300 for the HPV vaccine. We have been a patient here for nearly 5 years without issue until now. I guess $1,535.00 is what a healthy 11 year old boys wellness check and vaccines costs in this office. I did get the cash pay discount, but still that one vaccine was a huge part of my bill, whereas in every other office I called it was being billed at an acceptable rate. We will not be returning to this office. Beware of being overcharged here.

Had an appointment at 11:20 am,Signed in 11:14am to be on time for Dr. Rodgers. It's 11:55am and we just got brought to our room and now it's 12:10pm.... we are STILL waiting on the Doc. No apologies from the nurse who brought us to the back on having us wait such a long time. I understand that Doc tries to give each patient the best care but waiting this long is ridiculous!! Not even the ladies at the front desk told us anything about Doctor running behind. Thank God it wasn't a major issue or else I would of said something. Dr. Rodgers isn't even my Doctor here, I feel bad for her patients if this is what they go through on a daily basis. This is horrible care from a supposed place who aims high on their service. Doctor did apologize but still not cool
