We never wait at all. There is a short wait once in the room. This has been life-changing for me and my family, after using the Kaiser system for my first child. No need to go to an emergency room because they can't take me in time (we used to wait all day for an appt with Kaiser & their urgent care sometimes trying to schedule us at 9pm after my child's bedtime)... not so with Children's Primary! When I had my 2nd as a newborn I recall them getting us in in 20 mins (we only live 15 min away). This was a dream! They even have walk-in and after hours! We have seen 2 doctors here and loved them. Very knowledgeable and caring. Doctors that like kids!read more

I take both of my girls to Dr. De Freitas. She is warm, caring, and extremely intelligent. My girls are growing up and are sad that they soon won't be able to go to their beloved Pediatrician as their insurance says they need to be adults.read more
